How much is the delivery?

The delivery price is the same for all orders - 10 EUR

How long will it take for the ordered goods to arrive?

Any order placed before 13:00 is dispatched the same day. Other orders the next day. Delivery time then takes up to 48 hours. In a few cases it may be longer.

Can I pay in advance on account?

Yes, this is one of the possible payment types.

Can I choose a delivery other than UPS?

No.

Is there any way to exchange the item if it doesn't "fit"?

As long as the conditions in the Complaints Policy are maintained (i.e. the goods are unused, unworn, with all the extractors, etc.), replacement is not a problem. We do not care if you change the size, colour or even the type of product. We will charge you the difference or refund your money.

How do I send the package with the returned goods?

Pack the goods, write on the paper a description of the requested operation (e.g. exchange for XL size) and send it by insured parcel. In no case send the goods back to us on COD. Such shipments will not be accepted!

Where should I send the goods in case of exchange or claim?

Do I pay postage again if I exchange the product?

No.

The product does not match 100% with the photo, why?

For Carl Torsberg products, we take professional photographs from the manufacturer (we do not photograph the goods ourselves). They take prototypes of things before they go into production. Sometimes it happens that the difficulty or cost of a gadget comes up in production. Therefore, the final product is altered a bit.

OUTLET - what is it and are there original goods in this offer?

The goods in the outlet offer are original goods from older collections. Therefore, it is only a sale of leftover items at a reduced price.
